IRETH and 4C SatImage, signed the agreement to manage satellite images
Vicenza, April 8th, 2009 - ITIGROUP Corporation, www.itigroup.org, a leading logistics and software security international group led by Bruno Benetti from Vicenza (Italy), today announced its shareholding in 4C SatImage, www.4csatimage.com, a company of 4C Controls Inc, worldwide leader in Earth Observation satellite SAR (Syntetic Aperture Radar) imagery.
“We believe that the Earth Observations market through the introduction of SAR technologies, can offer in the coming years important social benefits and a source of timely, reliable and precious information for Security and Improvement of States”, said Bruno Benetti ITIGROUP Chairman. “This is one of the reason of our direct participation to the 4C SatImage project.”
With such operation, ITIGROUP aims to strengthen the Aerospace offer towards the satellite based high-resolution Earth Observation imaging services of its controlled company IRETH, www.ireth.net, one of the world’s leading companies specializing in web authentication products and Internet Security applications.

Very satisfied about the Joint Venture is also the Prof. Riccardo Maggiora, 4C SatImage CTO: “The Agreement between 4C SatImage and IRETH will help the products distribution coming from the satellites constellation COSMO-SkyMed in Africa. In Africa satellite radar imaging services are strongly necessary for various applications: environmental control, disaster prevention, migratory flows control, harvest forecasts, hydrology, desertification, etc.”
The agreement includes also important activities to set up local Data Centers and DRSs (Direct Receiving Stations), centers for satellite imagines management, that will be built in the States interested by detections.
